Ingredients

2 servings
Tomatoes1 pcs
Onion1 pcs
Cheese80 g
Soy sauce30 ml
Olive oil50 ml
Avocado1 pcs
Cucumbers1 pcs
Black (ripe) olive50 g
Lemon juice1 tbsp
parsley10 g

Preparation

1

Take ripe avocados, sweet tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, olives, ricotta, herbs, soy sauce, lemon juice, and olive oil. Cut the tomatoes into large cubes. Cucumbers are also cut into cubes. The slices should not be thin so that the vegetables do not release juice.

2

Ideally, you will need a red onion, but if you don't have a white or yellow onion you can also do it. Usually pour boiling water over the onions for 3-5 minutes, then transfer to a strainer and pass through cold water. In the case of red onions, it is not necessary to do this. Chop the onion finely.

3

Place chopped vegetables in a bowl. Peel the avocado, remove the curd. Cut half of the fruit into elongated slices (libs). Add avocado to salad.

4

Divide the ricotta by hand. Stir in the olives and drizzle the salad with soy sauce. Then squeeze lemon juice into the salad. Season the salad with cold-pressed olive oil. Add parsley to the avocado Greek salad and stir. The salad is ready!
