You keep ownership of the recipes, photos and other content you submit. By submitting it, you grant MYCHEF a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and distribute that content on mychef.ge and on our official social channels, including our Facebook Page, in order to operate and promote the platform. You confirm that you hold the rights to everything you submit and that it does not infringe the rights of others.

Acceptable use

Do not post unlawful, infringing, offensive or misleading content, and do not misuse the platform. We may remove content and suspend or ban accounts that violate these Terms. A banned account's email address and phone number may be blocked from future registration.

Recipes and nutrition disclaimer

Recipes, calorie counts and nutrition figures are provided for general information only and are estimates. They are not medical or dietary advice. Consult a qualified professional for health decisions and always check for allergens.

Intellectual property

The MYCHEF name, logo, design and original content are protected. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except for content you submitted yourself.

Third-party links

The site links to external websites, such as aggregated news. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, MYCHEF is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Termination

You may stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.
