Ingredients
10 servingsPreparation
Beat the egg, add the condensed milk (the so-called sgushonka) and gradually add the flour with one tablespoon. Add vinegar to baking soda, and when the soda is completely diluted (when the bubbles disappear), add it to the flour mass with vanillin. Mix all ingredients well until you get a homogeneous dough and pour into a buttered and floured baking dish. Put in an oven preheated to 180°C and bake for about 30 minutes. Check readiness with toothpicks. After that, take out the cake, let it cool and cut it into 3 layers longitudinally, on a plane.
Mix the sour cream and powdered sugar and refrigerate for a while. Mix the fruits or berries you want in the sour cream mass and spread it on each layer of cake. After that, put the cake in the refrigerator, overnight to soak the layers. The cake comes out surprisingly tender. Enjoy delicious
