Sunflower oil30 ml
Wheat flour400 g

Preparation

1

Prepare the stuffing for the dumplings: Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into any size and put them in a saucepan. Pour water over and salt lightly. Cover the pot with a lid and put on the fire. Cook the potatoes and prepare the puree. Peel the onions, wash them and finely chop them. Transfer to a pan, drizzle with sunflower oil, cook until golden and add to the mashed potatoes. To boil the chicken fillet, place it in a saucepan and pour water. Bring to a boil, froth. Then reduce the heat and cook the fillet until tender. Put the cooked chicken fillet in a meat grinder and add to the filling of the dumplings. Then add salt and pepper to taste.

2

Prepare the dough for dumplings: Put flour in a bowl. Pour an incomplete glass of hot water and add a teaspoon of salt. Add sunflower oil. Knead a dense, elastic dough. You may need a little more flour or a little less than indicated in the ingredients. Cover the dough with a towel and let rest for 20-25 minutes.

3

Cut a piece of dough and roll it out thinly. Cut out the rings. Place the stuffing on each ring. Form the dumplings and arrange them on a floured plate. Boil the water in a saucepan, salting lightly. Put the dumplings in and stir so that they do not stick to the bottom. Once the dumplings are floating on the surface, boil for another 5-6 minutes and remove. The potato and chicken dumplings are ready. Serve deliciously.
