Preparation

1

First, let's prepare the pizza dough, the recipe of which you will find several versions of the recipe on the same website and choose the one you want. Cut the ham into cubes or elongated slices. Wash the tomatoes, cut off the stalks and cut them into thin rings.

2

Grate the hard cheese on a large grater. Wash the champignons, dry them and cut them into thin plates. Roll the pizza dough into a round, thin layer, the diameter of which will be about 28 cm. Sprinkle tomato sauce or ketchup on the prepared layer of pizza.

3

Let's start with the champignons in the first layer. Sprinkle the mushrooms with a mixture of Italian dried seasonings and a pinch of salt. Sprinkle the ham on top of the champignons and spread evenly over the entire surface of the pizza. Put tomato rings on top of the ham and lightly sprinkle with ground black pepper.

4

Sprinkle the pizza with grated cheese and try to completely cover all the ingredients. Drizzle with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes (mode "Pizza" or lower burn + ventilation). Pizza with ham and mushrooms is ready!
