Ingredients

4 servings
Water250 ml
Wheat flour400 g
Salt1 tsp
Sunflower oil1.5 tsp
Dry yeast12 g
Sugar1.5 tsp
Mustard powder1.5 tbsp
Sesame seeds1 tsp

Preparation

1

Heat the water to 36-38 degrees and transfer to a bowl. Dissolve the yeast in the water: if you use dry yeast, you will need 4 grams. In the second bowl, sift the wheat flour, the whole serving at once. Add sugar and salt to the flour. Then add the mustard powder and mix the dry ingredients well. Pour in the yeast water. Knead the homogeneous dough and transfer a small amount of sunflower oil to a bowl.

2

Cover the mustard bread dough bowl with a towel and let it stand in a warm place for 1.5 hours. The dough should rise well! After that, knead the mustard dough and form a bread master and transfer it to a parchment-covered bread baking dish. Leave the dough in the mold for 30 minutes in a warm place. Then brush the surface with a small amount of oil (so the bread crust will not be dense) and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

3

Bake the mustard bread in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 30 minutes, until a roasted crust is obtained. After that, remove the bread from the mold and cool completely on the grill. Delicious homemade mustard bread is ready. Enjoy deliciously.
