Ingredients

6 servings
Rice200 g
Vegetable broth1 pcs
Green peas100 g
Green bell pepper100 g
Canned corn50 g
Cream Butter 82.5%20 g
Olive oil30 g
Green beans100 g
Water1 cup
Carrot1 pcs
Chicken eggs2 pcs
Soy sauce50 ml
Sesame seeds20 g
Ground dried garlic5 g
Paprika5 g
Saltto taste
Ground Black Pepperto taste

Preparation

1

Cook the rice, heat the pan separately, drizzle with a little olive oil, take a bunch of frozen vegetables and put them in the pan. A Mexican mixture of vegetables is ideally suited. Stir for a couple of minutes. Add one cube of broth, salt and black pepper. Pour a glass of boiled water, stir and stir until the liquid dries out.

2

When the water is dry, transfer the vegetables to half of the pan, add two beaten eggs to the other half, and stir so that the eggs do not stick together in a single layer. As soon as the egg has the consistency of an erbo-egg, mix it with the vegetables and transfer it all to a separate dish.

3

Return the pan to the stove, add the butter and sprinkle with the cooked rice. Add the soy sauce and mix. Add paprika, dried garlic, black pepper and mix again. Add the vegetable and egg mixture, stir last, and sprinkle with sesame seeds on top. Rice is prepared in Chinese. Enjoy deliciously.
