6 servings
Salmon1 kg
Coriander2 bunch
Garlic4 clove
Wine Vinegar150 ml
Water300 ml
Laurel1 pcs
Saltto taste
Ground Black Pepperto taste

Preparation

1

Peel the fish, cut it into portioned pieces, and cook it in a small amount of salted water with bay leaf and black pepper (or fry, both options are acceptable). Carefully transfer the fish slices to a deep dish, draining the broth.

2

Prepare the sauce: Chop the coriander, garlic and salt together until a porridge mass and add white wine vinegar and warm fish broth (or water), mix well. Pour the resulting green sauce over the fish slices to cover completely and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours. Decorate the dish with chopped coriander and serve cold.
