Ingredients
6 servingsPreparation
Pour water into a saucepan, add bay leaf, salt and bring to a boil. Put well-cleaned catfish pieces in it and cook over low heat for 15 minutes (do not boil, the fish should not fall apart).
While the fish is cooking, prepare the coriander sauce: grind the coriander, garlic and salt together until a porridge mass and add vinegar and pepper.
Carefully remove the hot-hot pieces of cooked catfish with foam and put them in a deep dish. Add a portion of catfish broth to the coriander sauce, mix well and pour over the hot fish pieces. When cooking hot, the fish will instantly absorb the flavor of coriander. Serve chilled.
