Walnuts80 g
Coriander20 g
Garlic2 clove
Foreign seasoning0.5 tsp
Ground coriander0.5 tsp
Ground red pepper0.5 tsp

Preparation

1

Break the cabbage into leaves. Immerse in a pot of boiling salted water for 5-10 minutes, then transfer to a strainer to drain the water and let the leaves cool. Chop the walnuts well. Add the garlic poured into a garlic pod, foreign spices, ground coriander and optional bitter red pepper to the walnuts. Stir the mass well by hand.

Chop the cooled, dried cabbage very finely. Peel the onion and cut it into very small cubes. Finely chop the coriander. Mix the cabbage with the onion and coriander, knead lightly by hand, then add the walnuts and garlic seasonings and mix everything well once again. Taste and add salt or spices if desired. Mix part of the pomegranate seeds into the cabbage and walnut mass. Form large walnut balls and sprinkle with the remaining pomegranate seeds.
