Khashi Recipe
Ingredients
10 servingsPreparation
Clean the cow's legs and frogs thoroughly, wash them and soak them in cold water for 12 hours. Change the water every 3 hours. Then place everything in a large saucepan, pour water (so that it completely covers the stew material), boil for 15 minutes, then turn this first water completely and wash the meat well. Pour clean cold water again and set it to a boil, stirring the mating foam constantly. Simmer over very low heat under the lid for at least 8 hours (without salt and spices, and for the last hour you can add milk as desired) until the meat and cartilage from the legs are completely dissolved and the broth is sticky, white and thick. In a separate bowl, chop the garlic and dissolve a little broth with salt. Mix the dough to your taste (salt and garlic).
