Turkey fillet400 g
Water500 g
Italian spices1 tsp
Red blueberry200 g
Martin70 ml
Cinnamon0.5 tsp
Potato starch2 tbsp
Soy sauce30 ml
Powdered sugar1 tsp

Carnationto taste
Garlic3 clove

Preparation

1

Wash the turkey fillet, pat dry and cut into portions. Transfer to a bowl, season with Italian spices, pepper, mix well and add soy sauce and 3-4 cloves of garlic). Cover with lid and refrigerate to marinate for 2-3 hours.

2

While the fillet is marinating, prepare the red cranberry sauce: wash the red cranberries, put them in a small saucepan, pour cold water, bring to a boil and immediately remove from the heat. Pour half into a glass and set aside. Grind the remaining broth with the berries through a sieve. Put the resulting mass again on low heat. Add wine, sugar, salt, cinnamon, cloves and pepper.

3

Simmer for 5-10 minutes. Turn off the heat, add a little starch dissolved in cold water, stir carefully and cool the sauce. Fry the marinated turkey fillet. Slowly pour in the saved red cranberry broth, cover with a lid and simmer over low heat until fully cooked, about 20 minutes. Place the roasted-stewed fillets on a plate, drizzle with the red cranberry sauce and serve with your favorite garnish!
