Duck with buckwheat and leeks Recipe
Ingredients
8 servingsPreparation
Cut the duck into small pieces. Use parts of the duck that have a sufficient amount of fat. Cut the leeks into thin rings and disassemble. Place the duck in a multicooker bowl, pour water, sprinkle with a little salt, close the lid and turn on the "Simmer" mode for 1 hour. After 30 minutes, add the leeks to the bowl, stir, close the lid and continue cooking for the remaining 30 minutes.
Wash the buckwheat grains and drain the water. As soon as the time for the duck and onions to marinate is up, add buckwheat, season with salt (given that the duck is already slightly salted), pour cold water, season with spices and add a little ground black pepper.
Mix the contents of the bowl well, close the lid and turn on the "Cereal" mode for 25 minutes. After this time, leave it in the "heating" mode for 15 minutes. Duck with buckwheat and leeks is ready! Serve deliciously hot.
