Ingredients

6 servings
Botsveri Meat700 g
Carrot2 pcs
Garlic1 clove
Chicken eggs2 pcs
Green peas100 g
Onion1 pcs
Red bell pepper1 pcs
Potato starch2 tbsp
Saltto taste
Ground Black Pepperto taste

Preparation

1

Remove the bones from the meat of the beans and put them in a meat grinder. Soak the frozen green peas in boiling salted water for 2 minutes and immediately transfer them to ice water, after a minute drain the water, and transfer the peas to a bowl with the minced beans.

2

Peel the carrots and put them in a meat grinder. Add to the minced meat and add the onions and garlic spent in the meat grinder nearby. Wash the sweet bell peppers, remove the inner partitions with the seeds, and cut the pulp into small cubes and add to the rest of the ingredients in the bowl.

3

In a bowl with ingredients, put two chicken eggs, sprinkle with potato starch, add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Mix the resulting mass carefully so that the minced meat comes out homogeneous.

4

Brush the inside of the baking handle with refined sunflower oil and transfer it to the prepared stuffing. Give the minced meat a bread (master) shape and tie the edges tightly (like candy). For reliability, place the roll in another polyethylene bag and tie the mouth to it as well.

5

Pour water into a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Immerse the roll in boiling water and simmer for 30-40 minutes (periodically turning from one side to the other). Remove the finished roll from the pot, let it cool and release it from the shell. The Diet Roll with Vegetables is ready! Cut into slices and serve warm or chilled.
