Spinach100 g
Broccoli100 g
Green peas100 g
Chicken eggs1 pcs
Bread150 g
Sunflower oil1 tbsp
Laurel2 pcs

Preparation

1

To prepare the broth, we put pork ribs in a saucepan, pour boiling water, add onions, bay leaf and pepper seeds. When the water boils, we froth and simmer until the meat is well cooked. We drain the finished broth, add salt to taste and boil well-washed eggs in the same broth.

2

We cut the onion and zucchini into very thin cubes and fry in vegetable oil until soft. In the finished broth we put well-washed spinach and green peas and boil for 10 minutes. Then we add the stewed onions and zucchini and boil the soup for another 10 minutes. Be sure to test the salt and, if necessary, add it.

3

While the soup is being made, we cut the bread into small squares and fry it in a dry pan to make delicious, crispy croutons. We cut the boiled egg into four parts. We blend the finished soup and put it on portioned plates, add pieces of meat, eggs and bring to the table with bread croutons.
